Faculty Development Cell

Faculty development cell is a cell which enriches the faculty vitality in key domain of teaching, research, assessment, professionalism and administration. This cell is made to improve the institutional performance regarding teaching staff.

Vision:

To circulate the implementation between teachers with the motivation and also to promote institutional effectives through the development of personal , instructional, organizational and professional growth of faculty.

Mission:

To circulate the implementation between teachers with the motivation and also to promote institutional effectives through the development of personal , instructional, organizational and professional growth of faculty.

Objective:

  • Improving the quality of teachers.
  • The main focusing of the cell is in research and creative activity.
  • Developing all round skills of teaching staff aspect for faculty development.

Outcome:

  • Faculty development is expected to result in improve teaching performance as well as better learning outcomes for students and teachers. The main outcome of faculty development cell is to promote new ways of thinking of the student-teachers relationship and increased commitment to educational scholarship.
